展览主题：展览主题为“溪口·乡村·未来”。艺术家绘制与浙江省衢州市龙游县溪口镇风景、特产、名人及人文相关的漫画作品。不熟悉龙游县溪口镇的参展艺术家也可以搜索微信公众号“浙江未来乡村学院”“溪口未来乡村”以及其他网络平台中的“龙游溪口”相关内容。本次展览专家团队也编撰了辅助资料，供大家参考(见文章末端或链接)。

作品规格：参赛者最多可发送2件电子图片作品，无需邮寄原作。参赛作品大小为A4 或 A3 格式（jpg），分辨率为300 dpi。提交时，每个参赛作品应在文件名中注明作者全名、国家、地区和参赛作品名称。所有参赛作者均需填写报名表(见文章末端或链接)。

原创要求：投稿作品必须是原创作品。本届展览允许AI作品参展，但必须在报名表中相应位置进行标注。

展览规模：150件征稿作品+50件特邀作品，共200件。

征稿对象：本次征稿面向国内外16岁以上的艺术爱好者开放。

奖项设置：本次征稿设置一二三等奖及特别奖。

参展反馈：本次展览为入选者提供电子版画册与电子证书。

征稿时间：2025年11月15日截稿。

公众监督：为了保证原创性，本次征稿评选结果公示两天，如有异议，请将相关证据发送至作品投递邮箱。

版权声明：组织方可以将参赛作品用于出版、印刷、展览等场景。若漫画作品进行衍生品开发，可以与作者鉴定“署名权保留+商业授权”协议。

Izabela Kowalska-Wieczorek (born: 1956), a world-renowned cartoonist and illustrator, has won over 100 awards and nominations for honors in international comic competitions. She has served as a judge in 32 international comic competitions.

保加利亚 瓦莱克斯•亚历山德罗夫（Walex Alexandrov）

保加利亚艺术家联合会漫画分会主席，担任国际漫画评委数十次。

Walex Alexandrov, President of the Cartoon Branch of the Bulgarian Artists' Union, has served as an international cartoon judge dozens of times.
